Richelle Gribble | Net

Presented by Jonathan Ferrara Gallery

Location: VIP Lounge

Net is a large-scale wire sculpture pieced together with tied plastic strings. The net is free-form and organic in its shape, expanding 120 x 120 inches with intricate cast shadows. This modular sculpture can be hung in any way, suspended flat against a wall or draped over entryways. It is a modular sculpture and can be enlarged if needed. Observers are invited to walk under and around the sculpture, becoming a part of an intricate network. Fractals are infinitely complex patterns that are self-similar across different scales. They are created by repeating a simple process over and over in an ongoing feedback loop, with mathematical precision and emergent awe-inspiring patterns.
